Document Imaging Systems:

DIS
System.
Our Document Imaging System features an intuitive Adobe Acrobat
Plug-In that allows you to scan your documents into your computer
using high-speed production scanners. You can label your documents
by single or multiple pages. Using our patent pending labeling technology
you can embed the label into the electronic PDF file, wherever the
document goes, the label travels with it, your documents then
become your database. This feature is an enormous advantage to our
customers because it eliminates the need for database maintenance
and the requirement of adding "Meta-tags" to documents
for web-enablement. Within
seconds, your whole organization can be sharing these documents
over your network or the internet. The process is very secure
(128-bit encryption level) and is designed so an entry level
person can be up and running in a couple of hours.

EMR
Imaging System.
Our
electronic medical record system transmits the "look and
feel" of the familiar and comfortable paper chart to a
computer screen or the now popular Tablet PCs. Our EMR Imaging
system should be viewed as an imaging system, rather than a data
entry and database system. It is extensively different from any
other electronic medical record system on the market, as nearly
every other electronic medical record platform revolves around a
database with data entry. Our electronic medical record system
gives the physician the option of electronic data entry through
interactive electronic PDF forms or manual handwriting on
traditional paper charts that are later integrated electronically
into the patient EMR.

Numerous accounting
firms maintain rows of filing cabinets and workrooms congested
with paper documents, at rent prices ranging up to $100/ft. As
paper files grow at the rate of 20% - 25% a year, many firms
simply run out of space to store their client files on-site, and
are forced to use outside document repositories to manage their
overflow. Document storage and delivery problems are multiplied
when accountants work in satellite offices, and each office must
organize and store its own set of files.
By archiving electronic PDF files instead of paper, firms can save
thousands of dollars in annual storage and administration costs.
Storing and delivering accounting documents as platform and
application-independent PDF files eliminates the expense and
nuisance of managing the paper alternative. Members of the firm
can have access to the electronic documents at any time and from
any location.
Our document imaging system allows you to store 21,000 documents
on a $1.00 CD or 2,700,000 documents on a 80 GB external hard
drive costing about $250. A simple comparison illustrates our
message: contrast the one time charge of $250 to the annual cost
of maintaining 296 file cabinet drawers.
