To access the website you will need the users name and password. (Both are case sensitive and contain no spaces.)

Username = smith
Password = smith

We have included an actual patient records on the website which can be retrieved by typing in either the patient name or the patient number.

Patient Name = Smith
Patient Number = 12345

Once you have pulled up the patient’s record in the search box, all you have to do is double click the record you wish to view. Everything from Consults to EKG’s is just a click away. The initial record you access may take longer to load than normal, as it will automatically launch Adobe Acrobat Reader.
